Tag Board

Chris: I didn't read these posts yet and I got myself some gel pens. I'll give them a try but I'll be sure to have a backup.

Teresa: Pens, but I vote "no" on gel-pens. They're really obnoxious and they smear if you don't wait for it to dry, annoying much? Just go with the standard black ball-point pen with some sort of gripper so your fingers aren't abused beyond belief from note-taking.

Melissa: I say black pens. Pencils smear and you run out of lead all the time. I can't stand blue pens, either. They just don't appeal to my eyes. I just a fountian-esque type black pen, with the pointy tip. Those are my favorite.

Chris: Man getting ready for school is like a full time job. My biggest worry is if I should take notes using pencils or pens. Any comments?

Allison: Would you say it was the start of the suffragette movement, or when suffrage was achieved (which in some Canadian provinces - OK, just one: Quebec - was not until the 1960s)?

Melissa: Oh! I did an entire 17 page paper on that. Perhaps the women's suffrage?

Chris: Been super busy doing stuff, updates will come I promise. While you wait maybe some of you scholarly types could answer this question: What act do you feel was the official start of the women’s movement (globally, in the US or in Canada)?

Mom: Thanks for the B'day wishes kids...I've been a little busy since my B'day. I appreciate the good wishes, though

Teresa: Hahaha, oh man, how stereotypical boy-esque of you. That was amazing.

Allison: That would be best, dear. :-)

Chris: So you girls are just talking about underwear and stuff. OK I'll go back to eating candy and playing cops and robbers.

Melissa: Just a little girl talk. You wouldn't understand, Chris. :P

Allison: Me? Keep secrets from you? What ever would make you think that?

Chris: Are you guys telling secrets?

Allison: Ssshhhhhhhhhh! Don't tell him he doesn't have to keep impressing me! I prefer to think of it as my little secret. :-)

Melissa: Chris, I'll let you in on a little secret. When you're married to someone, you don't have to impress them, they already like you! (And happy birthday, Chris' mom!)

Teresa: Hahaha, that works. Seems like an awful lot of work to impress someone, though. And happy birthday, Chris' mommy!

Chris: By the way today was (is) my Mom's birthday, happy birthday Mom!

Chris: I am, did it work?

Allison: I think he's trying to impress me. :-)

Teresa: I have no idea about schools in Canada :P Why are you going back to school?

Chris: Well all the art shows are over for the next little while and now I have to pick a school. My choices are Ottawa U and Carlton U. If you have any ideas or any help it would be much appreciated.

Chris: Just one last mention about Art in Strathcona Park tomorrow in Ottawa. We're going to donate 50 cents to every card sold tomorrow (on the site or at the park) to the Schizophrenic Society. Hope you can make it.

Chirs: Did I mention I'm going back to school in September? I'm having a hell of a time picking which school to go to, I'm thinking a coin is the best way to make such a choice.

Chris: Home now, really tired. Sleep soon talk more after.

Chris: Just finished Kempenfest in Barrie. It went well and now I want to sleep for about a year or two.

Chris: They are reinacted and if they weren't wouldn't that just make Allison the worst person in the world for not helping me?

Melissa: Are these pictures reinacted? If so, you did a convincing job!

Teresa: God, that's dangerous. I'm not sure I'd trust him in the garden again, Allison. What if he does something ti jeapordize YOUR eyesight next time... or even worse, your lfe! :O

Chris: This weekend we'll be at Kempenfest so come on out and check out the art. Booth 317 for those out of the loop.

Allison: I think you should. You were very heroic.

Chris: I think I may do a post about my painfull experience.

Chris: Absolutely true gardening accident just happened to me. I got cayenne pepper in the eyes, lots of it.

Chris: Maybe the hype machine got to me, and don't get me wrong I enjoyed the movie, I just don't know if it's the greatest epic ever made. It's a good movie full of good actors, it wasn't life changing. Basically it's not Ferris Bulers Day Off.

Teresa: JUST okay?!

Chris: Gonna go cut my nails.

Chris: Batman was OK!

Chris: I'm going to see Batman! Yay!!!

Chris: My fingernails are way too long right now.

Chris: I feel both violated and complimented at the same time.

Teresa: Partners in crime. >

Melissa: They're on craigslist. Teresa and I are splitting the profits 50/50.

Teresa: I couldn't POSSIBLY have been the one to steal the Homer bowling boxers... :x *twiddles thumbs*

Allison: It's funny to read you say that you're flattered when the picture right next to the tagboard right now is you with your face in a pair of underwear.

Chris: That's so true. I have to say that I'm just amazed people actually read this blog. As much as I joke around I have to admit that I'm really flattered.

Teresa: I know, we've had some pretty entertaining conversations on here.

Chris: I guess once in a while I like a clean slate. I also wonder what we'd talk about if we couldn't look back. It would be weird and possibly wonderful, but rest assured I will never pull this tag board down on purpose. I like it way too much, in fact I regret not having the ability to save old posts.

Teresa: It never happened to me either.

Melissa: Happy?! How could you be happy?! It never happened to me, but I don't think I would be able to recover if that did, in fact, happen.

Chris: I don't know if you guys are having the same problem but I checked the site out and when I did the tagboard said it was empty. I was both horrified and happy all at the same time.

Bank… Makes me so mad… So plain and boring.

I saw this street advertisement and it was so dull that I actually got a little angry. I’ve decided that I’m going to take you through what made me so mad.

This guys tie, I don’t know why I hate it I just do.

What is this lady trying to do? Is she dancing?

I know this is a designer thing but really is this the best font to represent the fun of a grand opening. It hardly screams out “let the white balloons fly it’s time for a party”

The white balloons, nothing says party like no colour at all.

This huge chunk of nothing, I can see my reflection in it, does that mean I’m at this lame party too? Sorry for venting I just had to get it off my chest.
